How to deal with painful knees

Knees are considered as the most vulnerable part of our body. Short term knee problems or pain is a common complaint the affects people irrespective of the age group. Apart from heading to doctor for medications, there are alternatives on how to deal with painful knees. These can be practised on a daily basis to reduce chronic knee pain.
Focus on strengthening exercises: Protect the knee joint by strengthening the quadriceps muscles ( the upper leg muscles) through exercises. The strengthening exercises can be done while you are stilling on a chair or even when you are lying down.

Keep track of your posture and support: Knee strain can be minimized keeping a good account of your postures.
