This OnWilliam Gift Card is issued by The William Street Collective Incorporated, ABN 12 778 013 935.
Gift Cards are valid 1 year from date of issue. Any balance that remains on the Gift Card will not be available for use after the card's expiry date. The William Street Collective Incorporated's record of your expiry date is final.
Gift Cards can be purchased and redeemed for goods and services from participating locations as specified on this map [link]. The William Street Collective Incorporated reserves the right to add or remove purchase and redemption locations at any time.
Your Gift Card cannot be reloaded or redeemed for cash.
Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Gift Cards can be purchased in participating locations via cash or EFTPOS only, or online at OnWilliam.com.au via paypal/credit card.
Goods purchased solely, or in part with a Gift Card may be exchanged or returned subject to the exchange and returns policy of each participating retailer.
The William Street Collective Incorporated is not liable for the availability, quality or fitness for purpose of any goods or services purchased with the Gift Card. Any dispute about goods or services purchased with the Gift Card must be resolved with the supplier.
The William Street Collective Incorporated may cancel any gift card, or the gift card scheme, for any reason, at any time, without notice. If so, a refund will be provided.
OnWilliam Gift Cards have a zero balance until activated at the point of sale.
